Business feedback

Hi everyone- I was hoping to get some feedback for a business concept I have been kicking around. I've noticed a gap in my recent experience -Safety programs exist but are disorganized -Incident tracking is in spreadsheets -Training tracking is manual -Audits are inconsistent -Policies are outdated -Compliance documentation is scattered The list goes on.... Which brings me to the problem I think I can solve. In a nutshell, the solution would be to take their safety programs and data and get them set up on software to keep things organized, easily trackable so they can make better informed decisions. Or, if they have software purchased already, come in and optimize it to work the way they need it to. Think building out dashboards and reporting, clean up work flows so safety systems are automated, train new hires or heavy users of the system etc. I've noticed a lot of these smaller safety teams don't have the time to manage it or aren't super tech savvy and struggle to get the full benefits of the software they bought. I think this can drastically reduce admin time and let them do what they do best. Be in the field. Wanting to see if this has any legs. Feedback is welcome and thank you in advance for the time.
