AI Tools That Actually Understand Our Work - Looking for Partnerships
I'll admit, first post wasn't the best at explaining what and who we are. Sorry, I'm an EHS professional not a salesman or marketing pro. Here is a second attempt: We all know EHS work can be incredibly administrative-heavy. Between document control, audit prep, incident tracking, and compliance, etc.. it can feel like we're spending more time behind a desk than actually being where we belong – in the field with the people at risk. Introducing SAM (Safety Assistance Module) – a modular AI platform designed specifically for EHS management. Key word: modular. You pick what you need, not what we want to sell you. Why it's different: - Built by me. EHS professional still working in heavy industry that understands the work. - Your data stays yours – security isn't an afterthought - Prioritizes your company's documentation over generic internet information - Natural language interface (ask questions like you'd ask a colleague) - Can integrate with existing systems rather than requiring a complete overhaul The Modules: - AI Safety Query System (instant answers from your own policies and OSHA standards) - Process-Focused Audit System (ISO-compliant, gap analysis, machine learning) - Incident Management (root cause mapping, corrective action tracking, predictive analytics) - Document Management (version control, legacy nomenclature support) - Whatever you need - Looking for something custom? We have the know-how and framework to make it happen The Goal: Free up your time for what actually matters – preventing incidents and building safety culture. The more efficient our administrative work, the greater impact we can have. This isn't about replacing safety professionals. It's about enhancing what we already do well. If you're curious about the system and want to learn more, feel free to reach out. Always happy to connect with other professionals in the field. The 2025 OSHA Top 10 is out — and once again, Fall Protection tops the list for the 15th straight year.
Here are the rankings: Fall Protection – General Requirements (5,914 violations) Hazard Communication Ladders Lockout/Tagout Respiratory Protection Fall Protection – Training Requirements Scaffolding Powered Industrial Trucks Eye & Face Protection Machine Guarding according to the NSC 2025. The persistence of these same violations year after year raises a tough question: Are we, as safety professionals, not getting through to leadership? Or are companies simply willing to accept fines as a cost of doing business? In my work, I’ve seen that the gap isn’t usually “knowledge.” It’s application and follow-through. That’s why I created my OSHA Risk Assessment Checklist, to bridge the gap between awareness and action. It’s designed around these exact top 10 risks. 👉 If anyone wants a copy, I’m happy to share it here: https://form.typeform.com/to/txpO4z6nv Curious how others here approach this — do you see the same recurring issues in your industries?

OSHA already gives out free checklists. So why do companies still get fined $10k+ during inspections?
Because information ≠ implementation. I’ve seen companies with the OSHA checklist taped to a wall… and still rack up $25,000 in fines. Why? • Logs weren’t filled out • Training wasn’t documented • PPE assessments weren’t written down The checklist is free. But fines are expensive. That’s why I created the OSHA Risk Assessment Checklist + Audit: ✅ Checklist tailored to YOUR workplace ✅ Fine exposure shown in $$$ (not just rules) ✅ Action plan to actually fix the gaps I price it at a flat $2,500, and if I don’t find at least $2,500 in preventable fines… you don’t pay. 👉 Want the free checklist version? Here’s the link: https://form.typeform.com/to/txpO4z6n 👉 Want peace of mind before OSHA knocks? DM me about the full audit. Hashtags: #OSHA #Compliance #SafetyProfessionals #EHS #RiskManagement

Looking for Safety Consultants and platforms to partner with
Calling all safety consultants and safety system founders: I want to partner with you. My goal is to increase your revenue and impact, since competing for the attention of safety leaders or adding yet another login to their already overburdened tech stack is a waste of energy. I am a problem solver, passionate about getting tools that make workforces safer and more engaged into every workplace. Think of my QR code scavenger hunt style drills as the fries to your Big Mac. They don’t replace training. They make it actionable, memorable, and easy to maintain. My drill system is the perfect tool to leave behind that keeps training the basics maintainable. We’ve built drills for: • Fire evacuation • Shelter-in-place • First aid • AED use • Chemical spills • Electrical rescue hooks • Person overboard • Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) …and more. You can try out a demo drill for yourself (attached to this post). I love this community and believe the people here are the right ones to partner and build with. If you think these drills would be a valuable addition to your offerings, let’s talk. I'm happy to white label to your branding and provide all the support needed for you to succeed. Shoot me an email at sam@learnbyloci.com or text me at 323-740-9425.

Safety Meeting Co. - Having More Safety Conversations
Hey folks, I’m Kolby. I work in safety and loss control for public entities in Texas, and I started Safety Meeting Co. as a creative side project to help teams have better safety conversations. Over time, I realized that some of the most meaningful moments in this work don’t come from policies or programs but from conversations. That’s where our idea for Safety Meeting Cards came from. They’re just a tool to spark discussion — simple prompts, relevant topics, designed to get your crew talking. I post a new #SafetyMeetingMonday topic each week (available on our site and socials), and we’re building editions that cover things like roadway safety, school safety, hospital/healthcare, manufacturing, and retail stores. If you're someone who values practical tools, conversation-starting apparel, or just better conversations with your crews, I’d love for you to check it out or give me your feedback: www.safety-meeting.com Appreciate the space to share what I’ve been working on.
The R.I.S.C. Assessment
Hello, everybody. My name is Tommy Rebecchi, and I am currently pursuing my PhD in Occupational Health and Safety. In this pursuit, I have developed the Rebecchi Individual Safety Consciousness (R.I.S.C.) Assessment. The R.I.S.C. Assessment is a tool that measures a person's behavior, exposure, and safety-related knowledge to provide insight into what type of accidents and injuries they are most likely to experience and how they can avoid them. I am happy to inform you that after two and a half years of research and development, the prototype of the R.I.S.C. Assessment is now live! I would be honored for you to participate by finding some time soon to take the Assessment and let me know your thoughts, positive or negative. The R.I.S.C. Assessment can be taken at www.riscassessment.com. I would also greatly appreciate it if you would encourage others you know (family, friends, and colleagues) to participate in taking the R.I.S.C. Assessment so we can work together in making any necessary improvements. It is also completely free! The entire process should not take more than 1 hour for you to complete (most are finishing in 30 minutes or less) and is nothing compared to the time spent after experiencing an accident or injury. If I can help you prevent 1 accident or injury in any of the Assessment's 24 categories, I promise you it will be time well spent. Thank you so much for your time and I sincerely hope you choose to participate. And as always, stay safe out there. 😉
