It all depends on what you want to do with it. What's your goal of the software program?

All safety software sucks. Some suck less than others.
Used Gensuite at a previous job and hated it. It was large and difficult to use.
My present job uses Enablon. I wish I could go back to Gensuite.

I'll second what Drew is saying - the software that might work well for you depends on what core components you need and what your organization is willing to spend.
It sounds like you're in construction.
I disliked Enablon as well. As Drew said, the platforms vary and it depends on what data you want to be able to access, what other departments would utilize, and how editable they can be to fit your company

Everyone is spot on.
Opinions on this software is like navels. Everyone has one!
I bet you thought I was going to use a different body part didn't you?

Site App Pro is a new to market EHS software. Highly recommend for businesses who want to keep engagement at the forefront whilst being able to have the best form delivery, end-to-end management of contractors, equipment etc.

What are your use cases? I’ve worked with a lot of the big ones and yes they mostly all are meh. What type of modules are you looking to use? Incident management, inspections, corrective actions? Does your company have proven processes and programs that can be translated into a workflow easily during implementation? Or do you need the system flexible and configurable and agile so that you can change as you go? Does your company have a lot of sites vs a lot of users (each one licenses differently)? Happy to give some suggestions but it depends on a few factors.
