EHS Management Software
Does anyone have a preferred EHS management software? If so, why do you prefer it over the other alternatives? The existing software we use is clunky and we are considering our options.

I've used both Sospes and Velocity EHS in the past. Both have their pros and cons. If you want all the bells and whistles (and the price that comes with it), I'd recommend VelocityEHS. They have lots of features and options to cater it you.
If you want basic EHS software with incident management, SDS management, etc., I'd recommend Sospes. Their program is super simple to use and doesnt overcomplicate things. It tracks and graphs incidents, certifications, and a bunch more, as well as serves as your SDS management system so you dont have to update them yourself. Theyre a fraction of the cost of other software programs. I have contacts over there if you'd like a demo.

What system are you currently using? Yea I feel like there are a lot of duds out there - definitely worth the money to invest into something functional

I'll shoot you a message - could be a longer convo
The iAuditor now Safety Culture is what I am using now. I would recommend this for a test drive.
If you are looking for safety check tool, you might want to check out AreYouSafe? (
https://areyousafe.in/
). My team has built it. The bot is a Microsoft Teams integration.
Safety professionals use the AreYouSafe bot in their organizations during emergencies to reach out to their employees who need assistance.
You do not need any other software or service to use the AreYouSafe bot. Our bot is easy to use and avoids swapping between Microsoft Teams and external apps throughout the crisis.
