"Zero Injuries" What I Think!
Here is my newest article. I was asked by a friend what I thought of Zero Injuries Philosophy. This was my answer. In short I think it is AWESOME! "But buckle up, you are in for a ride!" It is not a Sprint but a long hard slog of a Marathon, and not for the "faint of heart!"

Great article and good work as well.
Some of the things you speak on in the article, I have seen a back track in. Priorities, safety teams, and complete by in. Going from that 8-20 people, down to 3 or even maybe 1 guy for a plant of 1000 people working 24/7.
I contribute this regress in part to the emphasis everyone is placing on Environmental compliance and reductions.
