On average how many trainings do your employees attend per year?
I love these training polls! Haha always so different. I’m interested how many trainings per year your employees are attending. If you’d like comment how many employees total you have, and if you feel you’re training them too much or too little.

We do a 10-15 minute safety meeting with all employees every day. Whomever is on site attends.
We have 24 total small 10-15 minute videos that I split up into monthly focus topics depending on the department employees are in. I do 2 relevant or related topics each month, but some employees only have one and others have both.
So far, it's increased our voluntary training participation and has also reduced our downtime from training.
When I worked for private industry prior to becoming a consulting, we would always do monthly training for everyone, then additional trainings based on site-specific needs (e.g., rigging, confined space rescue, hazmat, etc.).
This ranges so widely for us. Some office folks may only have on-boarding whereas manufacturing or engineering folks have LOTS. Some may only have 1-3 courses annually, whereas others have 10+ annually. Would be interesting to get an overall average.
