I personally prefer the following:
SH&E - Safety, Health & Environmental
This is the order of the work load. In reality, one is not more important than the other, but this reflects the order of attention needed from a general approach. Realistically, the order changes day to day. My motto: Never a Dull Moment ๐โ๏ธ

IMO the health and safety portion are related, the environmental is the outlier
