Need help finding a training on facilities/garage inspections.

We have two facilities, one of them is a smaller garage and a yard, and the other is a warehouse type building. At both facilities we house material and do equipment maintenance. I have to do monthly facility inspections and would like to go through a training to improve my own hazard recognition in this environment, but I cant find anything relevant. I checked jj keller but didn't find anything. Any other resources that can help me?
