Safety field salary check

So instead of us sharing our salaries with each other I thought I’d mix it up. I want to know what you think this individual SHOULD make based on location and experience. Here’s the example.

Example: an individual is living in Raleigh, NC (cost of living is about average in the US, pictured below) with 6 years of relevant experience, a four year degree in safety, and a CSP. Based on those metrics what do you feel this person should be making?
