COVID Vaccination Policy
As the COVID requirements begin to subside, I feel as though we are in a obscure time where half the population is vaccinated, and the other half is not.
Some of our clients have removed their mask mandates if employees are vaccinated, but if you have not received the vaccine, the mandate is still in place. I am curious if anyone has tackled some of the challenges that come with this.
Bounded by HIPA, can you legally ask for vaccination records? How do you differentiate between vaccinated/not vaccinated in the field?
We have tossed around the idea of a hard hat sticker so we can address each situation accordingly. I'd love everyone's thoughts.

I'd consult with your legal department.
We are currently navigating this and I understand that we are allowed to ask, but we cannot force a response. If the employee declines to disclose, that is the end of it. We also cannot assume that employees wearing masks are not vaccinated.
Definitely some interesting times..! Looking forward to hear what others are doing.
