Pet projects thread

What are some pet projects you guys are currently working on? I'd like to get some ideas to start new ones at my facility.

One of the more fun projects I've worked on in my career was installing volumetric chemical dosing pumps which eliminated the need for operators to hand add chemicals. Basically you configure the pump, then just punch in the volume of the chemical you want. Really straightforward.
