Background:
The arc flash risk assessment should be considered an ongoing program versus a one-time project.

However, for many companies, the arc flash risk assessment was completed as a project. The study was finalized and arc flash labels were posted. The study report was then filed and given little attention going forward. In some cases, years went by until it was identified that the study was now more than 5 years old and requires an update (NFPA 70E 2021 [130.5H].

This webinar will outline the various elements of change and describe several approaches to the ongoing management of the arc flash program which will avoid an expensive “start over” approach upon renewal.

Additionally, a program of ongoing updates will also leverage various aspects of electrical safety.
