Safety Minutes
Does any one else provide safety minutes after a meeting? Also got a good template?

We send out our meeting minutes in a PDF where we highlight the key topics from the meeting. We also include certain visuals from the presentation. We keep the content shorter since it is disseminated across multiple levels and organizations.

Yea we have an agenda for our EHS meetings and I populate the agenda as we go through the meeting assigning minutes and action items
