Hands on LOTO training
Anyone have any cool LOTO trainings they conduct? Preferably something hands on. The spot the citation post inspired me to ask.

In my previous roll we built a mock lockout board complete with an electrical and pneumatic lockout points that we kept on our training room. I may build a new one for my current job.
I know Brandy has a cool hands-on LOTO training she can talk about.
I did a hands on BBP spill clean-up that our site really enjoyed. I used a chocolate syrup and red food dye mix, and a broken plastic nursey pot to mock an incident. You can talk about hazards of the scene, proper contaminated sharps disposal, PPE, and disinfecting the area.
