Ergonomics
I started a ergonomics program about a year ago. A lot of hands on and advertising. However today we have a PT here four hours a week and more behavioral safety involvement and program growing well in a positive matter and seen our recordable drop off the screen. What is everyone else experience with this?

This is awesome! I have read case studies about companies that bring in an ergonomist or PT with positive results like yours. We were looking into a targeted stretching program for our different manufacturing areas; however, COVID put a pause on that initiative.
You mention recordables are down. Were there repeat injuries you were seeing?
What were your biggest takeaways from rolling this out?
