Ergonomics

Definitely a mix. I am far from an ergonomics expert, so there's definitely a need to outsource to one, however I try to do my best to convey some of the basics to our workforce.

I manage office and industrial ergo for my site but I have many counterparts across the company. The ergo responsibility is shared with interns or other folks participating in our rotational development program. Some sites have used a consultant for specific systemic problems (e.g. STFs and strains).
