Faceshields
Do you guys have any tips on making impact resistant face shields last longer? They are required when using the high pressure, pressure washer and jack hammers which makes them get hit with rocks and they get scratched easily. Our guys go through then so much i was wondering if you have found anything that makes them last longer.

So I bought a ceramic coating for cars from autozone and coated a few of the faceshields. I'm going to check them on monday and see how they went after a week of use
They do scratch very easily. especially when they wipe the dust off with their dirty shirt. I have not found any brand that is better then the other

Try the Jackson V90 facesheild. You can just replace the lower portion or the upper portion as needed and cuts cost some.
No suggestions for making them last longer. I’d either convince folks to ignore the scratches or use the cheaper, disposable throw-away version.

Other than some form of coating, I cannot think of anything to do to the shield itself. Is there room in the budget to upgrade over time? Maybe one of your vendors can identify a good product. Definitely going to follow this post and see what others think.

Wonder if you can call the manufacturer. How quickly are you going through face shield?
