Document shop update

Hi everyone. Didn't think this one deserved an official announcement, but wanted to make everyone aware of some changes we made.

The document shop is a repository for community sourced documents. A Safety Knights admin goes in and approves or rejects each document, and also decides whether or not the document should cost money based on it's quality. We recently normalized all the paid documents to $0.99, the free ones are still free.
