Looking for a good way to start this program when you have a older workforce. Any Ideas? Any forms? Videos? Hand on Ideas?

I’m honestly not super familiar with this concept. Is this related to establishing a good work culture?

Make sure before you try that it's something upper management wants to do. I've tried it before but never had the push to follow through from management, so unfortunately it fell off after less than a year.
