I don’t know about you, but I have made at least 50 (I’m 57) New Year’s Resolutions. Some I’ve managed to keep, but many have gone by the wayside. This year may, or may not, result in the same. If you’re like me, maybe you need a little motivation… or just a different perspective.

I spent some time this past week looking at the difference between resolutions and promises. Resolutions can be broken. And while promises can too, if I am going to claim to be a man of integrity, then my word (promise) is my bond.
