If you are utilizing forklifts in your facility, you need to have a SOP in place with training records. You also need to have each shift complete a daily forklift inspection form. I have a form you can use if you want it.

Hazard Communication Program, if you are working with any chemical you must have this in place

HAZ comm, general safety and health plan, emergency plan, fire prevention plan, blood borne pathogen plan
