Amphibious Excavator Safety

Accidents with amphibious excavators are seldom pretty.

These machines tend to operate in hard to reach locations, meaning that rescue attempts are complicated affairs, and the sludge where the machinery is working can often be like a highly toxic quick sand.

Machinery can be replaced, human lives cannot. The hazards associated with operating an amphibious excavator are mainly due to design flaws which leave the window open for human error which could cause the machine to cap-size.

If you are responsible for safety in a company or job where amphibious excavators are being used and you would like to look into solutions which practically eliminate the risk of capsizing due to human error, then contact me.
