How do you track your Safety Eye wash Stations?

SUBJECT: WO # 0092204 Eye Wash Station Installation - per:OSHA request.



Per OSHA request the 13 eye wash stations I have sent over need to be installed in the following locations:

Resin Grinding
1st Floor - 1. Roller Mill 1 on wall above the Fire Extinguisher
2. Roller Mill 3 on wall above the Fire Extinguisher (next to the water fountain).
2nd Floor - 3. On the wall between the Fluidizer and the Fire Extinguisher Cart.
4. On the wall, under the light switch, next to the double doors.

Mtls. Color
3rd Floor - 5. Next to the air valves on the metal partition/wall that is around the dye scale station.
6. On the wall, next to the fire extinguisher and Lockout station (next to the doorway for the stair well)
7. On the wall, next to the phone, behind the pilot unit dumping station.

Mtls. Black
3rd Floor - 8-11 One should be mounted on the top of each of the four work tables between each dump hood.
12. Bay 6 between the dump hoods.

Nodular Unit
3rd Floor - 13. Mounted on the top of the table used for paperwork.

Fine Grind 14. Mounted of east wall, next to work bench.
