How much vacation do you guys get?
How much vacation do you guys have, and how much experience? I'm at 6 years experience and 4 weeks PTO. My guess is that's on the high end for my experience level.

I have 10 years experience (3 with my current company) and receive 120 hours PTO, 7 sick days (NY state mandated sick time)
Wow nice however I have 22 years experience with only 3 weeks paid and I can buy one week. But we do have a real retirement plan additional to 401K program.
2 years experience, 3 weeks PTO
I was hired with credit for past experience, giving me 4 weeks as a new hire with 6 years prior experience. In my prior year I had 5 weeks plus one week PTO (19 years at company plus credit for prior experience).
4 years, 2 weeks
5.5 yrs of experience, 4.5 yrs at my company with 2 weeks Pto. I get a 3rd week next year for 5 years at my company.
