Flu vs. COVID
How is everyone preparing for the flu season with COVID still sticking around? Anything you are doing special or different from how you are currently handling COVID cases?

Are company offers flu shots. However it will always be hard to determine what's a cold and covid. Just follow CDC rules and I truly believe herd immunience will be the key just like in old season.
They do at our main office, but our regional offices haven't had that offered. That would be a great idea though and you'd think the insurance companies would be pushing that out like crazy! Another issue is that most of our employees are transient, making that hard to complete.
I wonder if anyone is requiring that their employees have a flu shot before reporting to work? Another question! ha
Do any of your companies offer flu shots on the job? I know mine did last year and it was super convenient, just walk up, fill out a form, and get the shot
