Lost Time Injury vs Lost Time Accident

I may be overthinking this but I want to confirm. A lost time injury is when an employee either misses time at work due to injury or has to work in a modified way (restrictions) correct? And a lost time accident is when an employee misses at least one full work day not including the day it happened correct?
