Anyone switched to electronic interface for COVID screening tests?

I know a lot of schools have switched over to these types of systems where employees are required to take temperatures before even leaving for work and entering their data electronically. I imagine something like that is great for contact tracing. Has anyone tried a system like that? If so, how is it working out?

Also, is anyone requiring their employees to get tested periodically? I've also heard of companies around me forcing employees to get tested once per week. Curious to hear what you guys are doing.
