I am a FT Complex Safety Manager for Tyson Foods in Camilla, GA. I oversee 2200 people and 7 Facilities. I have been with the company for 4 years. I am also a FT Professor for Columbia Southern University (Safety) and PT Professor for Waldorf (EM).

Wow that is impressive. I can't wait to ask you so many questions!!!! A lot of people in this group are in construction, which I have worked in that field before. But I am now new to the manufacturing industry and am trying to learn all that I can to be the best Safety Manager I can be. Manufacturing plants are so much different and I know I have much to learn. I am really excited to know you are here to answer questions. Thank you.

Welcome! Glad you made it here - and to echo Andrew that is a TON of employees to oversee. How are you able to manage that many employees - do you have regional EHS people who report to you as well?
