Easy ways to improve workplace safety
The one that comes to mind for me was implementing a more robust Near Miss program. Having an effective Near Miss program is pretty easy to implement - I would recommend just using a spreadsheet to track all your Near Misses, documenting which ones are still open and which ones have been closed. You can break them down by department and easily see which department is submitting the most Near Misses, which is closing out the most, etc. I think Near Misses are a great safety metric, and pretty easy to query the data you want from a spreadsheet.
What are some easy projects you guys have worked on to improve workplace safety?

In theory it's easy, but getting people to report is the hard part - depending on organization culture.
This isn't an easy task - but definitely worthwhile, I would say implementation of a Behavioral Based Safety System is completely worthwhile.
Easy - could be upgrading first aid cabinets to automated full ANSI coverage by outsourcing to a place like CINTAS haha
