Compressed gas management

So looking at how to properly manage compressed gases in your facility, OSHA basically refers you to "Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965". The only version I could find of this pamphlet online has an "obsolete" water mark in it, so not sure if it's legit.

Can anyone point me to the most up to date version of this pamphlet? I'll keep looking, and if I can find it I will post...
