Anyone construct their scaffolding in house?
We've always outsourced our scaffolding construction per company policy, but I'm wondering if anyone does that in house? Were there special training requirements or certifications your guys needed in order to become "scaffolding constructors"? Just curious to see what it would take.

That being said, you can have a third
Party conduct competent person training for scaffolding. This training is good for 24 months. I know Sunbelt can do this training and we have used them in the past. Typically we use our employees to conduct the daily pre use inspection rather than the construction.
