Need some help
Still learning all i can in the EHS field. We recently had an outside consultant come in and do training on the ISO45001. What can i do to learn more about keeping our employees safe? Are there some courses I can take? Please keep in mind I also do HR at the facility and trying to do both roles can sometimes be a juggle.

What industry are you in?
Plastic compounding. So lots of different materials. Which means lots of learning.
Sandra,
You sound like me when I started in safety. No budget, scarce resources and bosses not wanting to ask for help, because that is why they hired you.

Look at the low hanging fruit info on the following, pick the ones that apply and start to work towards compliance.
