ASP study?
Does anyone have any suggestions on good programs or materials to use before taking the ASP exam?

I've heard good things about Bowen too - https://www.bowenehs.com/exam-prep/asp-csp-exam-prep/?gclid=Cj0KCQjw0oCDBhCPARIsAII3C_GJqpvTlzlWenOjKL39QpGsFtFzOadlhGuSy-2xhaIJJqZLuXbV61gaAu1NEALw_wcB - can't speak from experience though.

I took the SPAN/ClickSafety course and got value out of the self-assessments. I also quizzed myself using the app linked below which was really nice on the go.
For books, Safety Professionals Reference and Study Guide by David Yates was invaluable. Safety and Health for Engineers by Roger Brauer was good as well but Yates has you covered.
I did find the ASP to be more difficult than the CSP. The ASP had a lot more questions on environmental, security and was more math focused, whereas the CSP focused more on risk management, safety management systems, and really concepts acquired through experience in the field.

Check with Triangle Safety and see what Brandy has. I know she has materials for CSP, I am sure there is something there for the ASP.

I absolutely hate math so I’m sure that will be the most challenging part for me. I got an older edition of Yates so I guess we will see how that goes. Been wanting to do one of those courses but skeptic.

Get the Safety Professional's Reference and Study Guide and the ASP pocketprep App to test on books
Make time and effort to study and review ASP test sections. Study with repetition and focus on weak areas. if like to invest, consider one prep workbook/online software and at your discretion.
Try not to ask complete strangers to loan purchase materials for free; this is pretty common, and not legal
I replied on a different post so am re-pasting here!
I took my ASP in October. I way over payed for an online program that I did not end up using and ended up buying the pocket prep app (great for on the go studying and has explanations) and also the Mometrix ASP Safety Fundamentals book (includes relevant topics and a practice test) off Amazon for much less.

I'll be taking my ASP here in a couple months. Best of Luck to you!
