Policy Templates
What are good resources for EHS policy templates to customize? Free or paid. (Other than Safety Knights, which is of course a great place to start, but doesn't have everything.) Also, any good AI tools specifically that people are using for this?
I currently use ChatGPT and Deepseek. Decent results, but curious on other experiences.

Check with various OSHA-approved state plans - sometimes their websites will have policy templates. Also, check with your insurance or worker's comp. carrier, who may have some, as well.

Your WC Carrier or TPA (if self-insured) are wonderful sources depending on the insurance company. Some, especially the big companies like Liberty Mutual, Zurich, the Hartford, and Travelers have all kinds of resources I do not know so much about the little guys. My experience in the corporate world was all in the self-insured TPA world. Now as a consultant I am always sad to see a customer switch to a "Big WC Carrier", I have lost a couple good customers that way!
Most of the state OSHA plans have good stuff but sometimes it is a bit "dated". Even OSHA has templates but they tend to be VERY dated!
Sometimes you can find stuff just doing Google, but be careful of "private" stuff. You are pretty safe using University stuff from Public supported schools!
