Summer 2025 Internship
My name is Garen Levis, and I’m a junior at Slippery Rock University, majoring in Occupational Safety and Environmental Health. I’m on track to graduate a year early, in 2025, and have developed a strong foundation in safety management, risk assessment, and workplace safety through courses like Risk Management and Occupational Health.
I’m looking for a summer 2025 internship where I can apply my knowledge in areas such as safety training, risk assessment, and compliance auditing. I’m passionate about promoting a culture of safety and eager to contribute to a team that prioritizes employee well-being. I’m excited to gain hands-on experience and continue growing as a safety professional."

Are there specific locations you're trying to stay in, or are you open to travel?
Look into Miller Electric. They are based out of Jacksonville Fla. but conduct work all over the US. We've also already hosted interns from Slippery Rock in the past. DPR Construction is another good option. Both companies in my experience, have been very supportive of their safety programs and were pleasures to work with.
