DOT Regulations
We will be providing passenger transportation for hire. I am trying to get a handle on all the DOT regulations related to this. Does anyone have any good references for this?

DOT regulations are all over the place, as compared to all OSHA regs being in Part 1910, Part 1926, etc. Some FMCSRs that are applicable to you are in Part 40, some are in Part 380-385, as well as several other areas of the FMCSRs.
I have a quick reference sheet I created that I can email with you with the major DOT/FMCSA requirements that apply to both employers and employees, when they need to be done, etc. Just drop your email here or send it to me in a DM and I'll get it over to you. It's not all inclusive, but it'll get you a good start.
We also offer some "DOT 101" training if that's ever an interest for you.
