OSHA Hazzard
OSHA requires employers to provide training to workers who face hazards on the job. Training must be appropriate before workers engage in any potentially hazardous activities. Teach your employees self-defense techniques in case they meet this dog. Be safe!

I love the analogy. However employers in general view their work force as a 1:1 commodity. Tie that concept to a wage scale and not performance based or merit and the company wins.
Eric, I agree, it's unfortunate but true. We're often called into a company after an attack, sometimes a severe one. We provide employees with tools to ensure their safety, often introducing them for the first time to safe behavior around dogs they meet. We reduce incidents by 92%, but our training is unlike traditional methods. It needs reinforcement; otherwise, employees return to their original mindset. We recommend the company opt for online training if onsite is too costly. Without it, another incident is likely, and upon our return, employees will have gone back to their old ways of thinking about dogs. There are new hires who haven't experienced the training. Online training could have addressed this problem. It's exasperating. Dog attacks aren't only physical; many workers develop PTSD. I've been attacked, so I understand. Have a safe day!
