New Cert, CIH!
Thankful to the Lord that I have passed the CIH exam! I now have a recognized certification for each of the major domains of our practice. Phew!

How do you think a 70 year old man would, that has probably forgotten a good share of what he knew could pass? I passed the PHR (HR) but that was when I was 50, took a college brush-up course, and crammed for two weeks just before the test. I did have a BA in Personnel Adm, and a MS in Management. I was a Mfg and HR Manager for may years to that point too.
Except for and OSHA 30-Hour, OSHA 511, 501, and 503 (three times), I have had no formal H&S education. I do not want to cram or take any more classes. Just took my third 503 class and that was a struggle.
