Best resources to learn environmental information?
I'm applying for a new job and it's EHS, so I'd like to brush up on some environmental knowledge. Stuff like oil tank regs, waste water, air quality, etc.

Me too. but I hate the "E" in EHS!

I think it depends on what state or location you will be working in! For Example, my first EHS role out of college was in Environmental Compliance. We had a Title V air Permit, and it specifically listed every action we needed to take to maintain compliance. There was not much I could have done to prepare, other than to know how to read a permit. In the state of Ohio you can search any company's permit on the Ohio EPA website, so maybe search a random company, or the company you are applying for and see if they have a permit and become comfortable with reading it.
For Tier II SERC/EPCRA reporting you can again google Ohio SERC Manual and there is instructions on the Ohio EPA website or go to
https://epa.ohio.gov/divisions-and-offices/air-pollution-control/state-emergency-response-commission/serc-forms-instructions
for industrial instructions list. There's also a great document comparing Tier II, TRI 112(r) requirements at
https://www.tceq.texas.gov/assistance/resources/tierIIchart.html
For Water compliance it may differ based upon your company. I again have only worked for companies with indirect discharge permits, so the requirements were very specific to the local city or village. You can probably find the permit with a typical google search of your company.
I know this wasn't as exact as you were hoping, and requires a bit of research on your part, but all of that could be very helpful for both your knowledge, and during the interview process!
Best of luck!

Hello from your friendly environmental engineer! I'm happy to help. I've been thinking about making some youtube vids on this exact subject. If you were to look for something like that, what kind of things would you like it to cover? My idea is short vids by environmental subject. So, for oil tank regs (for instance) - what do you want to know?
