Bump hazard management requirements
I'm trying and failing to identify a regulation that dictates any sort of kind or quality of padding installed to mitigate bump hazards, or spots where someone could hit their head. A situation where they're saying what we have is good enough, and I don't agree!
The location is basically an articulated computer screen that in the past people have bent over to retrieve fallen product, and when they stood up they hit the back of their head on it.
This isn't a situation where a bump cap would be appropriate, nor can we eliminate this hazard due to operational needs of adjusting the screen.

Had this issue with a certain pasta manufacturer in our area. I ended up purchasing some foam guarding that had adhesive on the back. Not sure about regulation, but it was pretty inexpensive.
