Better get that heat illness prevention program in place! OSHA has submitted their proposed heat illness standard to the White House's OIRA, so it'll probably be coming out any day now!

My labs in Florida. I implemented a heat stress prevention program two years ago. I was asked what heat risk areas were most concerning to me by a colleague from another state. I just waved my arms around at everything. This state was BOILING last year and they say this year will be worse.
The Safety Manager pushing the cart of lemonade through the shop is a memory I will never forget. This was before they put in swamp coolers. I just laugh looking back on it now.
Hey I gave them a bottle of water and a cooling towel, what else can we do? Lol
