Flammable materials
I have flammable materials in 5 g buckets that are actively being drawn from , from inside of an interlocked door on a paint booth.
Do they need secondary containment?
Do they need labeled as a satellite collection area?
I also have 55 gallon drums that the waist is pumped into labeled as hazardous waste on a roller cart. Don’t these need the same treatment ?

Wow that is quite and arrangement you got there.
I will be interested to see the containment advice you get from the experts. I do not have time to research it for you today myself, sorry. I am good but not that good (I do not know everything and this is one of my weakest).
However, 1910.106(e)(2)(ii) might assist you.
I only can offer two more things.
First a question, what class flammables are we referring to, see the SDS? You will need to know that for the above "106" reference I think.
Second, 1910.106(e)(6)(ii) mentions grounding. Depending on class you may need them "electrically connected" commonly called "grounding".
Hope this helps, sorry again I would have to do some research further but these things come to my mind.

I’ll loop back to this on Monday, but to start…are you drawing from them with a paint sprayer? Or transferring to another container first? What’s the flashpoint?
For waste, what size generator are you?
