Incorporated by Reference Standards
I've seen a lot of discussion about this on other platforms, so I just wanted to remind everyone that any consensus standard that is incorporated by reference in OSHA or any other CFR is in fact freely available. Most of them are pretty easy to find, but here are a few places to look...
The most comprehensive is law.resource.org
They maintain a ton of codes, standards, whatever. This is my go-to to find the incorporated ANSI standards but you can also find IEC codes, SAE codes, various building and fire codes, CGA...all available for download.
Another good spot is ibr.ansi.org where ANSI themselves host standards from a bunch of organizations. It says "Read only" but most of the PDFs are downloadable.
When in doubt, google..If you need the CGA P-1 standard, simply google CGA P-1 (1965) and at the top of the list you'll find the law.resource.org link

Free and easy
