Osha investigation
In your experience if Osha is requesting Osha record keeping forms, do I only send over forms for the worksite address that is listed on the inspection?

Yes. In general, for OSHA inspections, in MOST cases, you only provide specifically what they're asking for. There are a few situations where showing more could help your case, but showing more than what they ask for could also open you up to more potential violations and citations.
Just send over OSHA logs for the establishment being investigated. If they want others, they'll ask, but also remember to keep OSHA "in their lane" and within the scope of their inspection.
Yes, don't provide them anything other than what they specifically ask for. Additionally, when I handle these matters I have my supervisor or company officer put eyes on what we send so there's no confusion about what is being provided. And, save in a file everything you give them as a matter of record.
