On May 16, 2024, OSHA issued a final rule that updates their Hazard Communication (HazCom) standard to align primarily with the 7th revision of the United Nationsβ Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals (GHS). The final rule takes effect on July 19, 2024.
