Anyone else feeling tired today?
The switch to daylight savings time always messes me up. I feel like I need a nap.
Research shows that the first Monday after the spring ahead day results in more vehicle accidents and a higher rate fo heart attacks.
Sure would be nice if we would stop moving the clock around.

For me, it's the fact that my 3 kids sleep like crap during time changes - so yes I'm tired :D

Yep, been going to bed WAY too late the past couple nights

Yup I just turned 70. I am thinking this Daylight Savings time thing started in the early 70's while I was in college in one of the first "Arab Oil Embargoes!" I do not remember it as a kid in the 60s and late 50s. My parents did say they could remember it from WWII. I remember I grew up near the southern Michigan border. Ohio and Michigan would change times but Indiana (and I think Arizona) did not! That really screwed you up in the 70s and 80s, plus part of Indiana is on Central Time (the counties close to Chicago). At some point Indiana went to DST too. I am thinking around 2000. By that time I had moved to NE Wisconsin (all on CT).
It still takes me about 2 week to have my body adjust. I an with Branden it was really hard when we had three little girls at home! Now 2/3 are over 40 and one is 38.
There is talk to not change at all again. But which way, back to normal time all the tine or DST all the time? That one I got to think about!

Same here. It did not help either that my wife and I had invited friends over the night before. I'm not used to staying up that late and then having the time change really messed me up. My coworkers give me a hard time about my predictable sleep schedule but I learned long ago getting plenty of sleep has helped me get over and prevent many sicknesses.

Coffee and retirement is the answer!!!
