Solar Eclipse Safety

I am currently working in Ohio on a construction project in an area where we will see 90-95% totality of the April 8th eclipse. I am trying to influence my site contractors to take some type of proactive measures sooner than later including just closing the site down an hour early.

Does anyone have any plans or procedures they can share to assist preparing for an eclipse? I am certain that any eye injuries incurred by an eclipse during workhours would fall under the General Duty Clause.
