How much are arc flash assessments costing these days?
Anyone have any vendors in the Midwest to recommend?

What part of the midwest? The arc flashes can often cost in the tens of thousands of dollars, if not over $100k, depending on the size of your facility, how many pieces of equipment involved, etc. The last one I had done in 2017 for 3 buildings was around $30k.
Last one I had to have done was 2015 for my plant in a large corporation. Our Corp. Policy required them. For a machining and assembly plant of 280k sq feet, about $30k. In NE Wisconsin.
Most of my small manufacturing clients just flat out refuse. I have tried everything!
One of my clients just had quotes. Machining plant with large CNCs and about 250 employees, one was $35k, the other $50k.
