Happy to help, just need a little more info about application, quantity, location (well ventilated area? Confined space?) or anything else you can tell me.

The dibutyltin dilaurate is the most concerning component. It also makes up less than 0.05% of the mixture. If you’re using a gallon of the stuff it’s a lot less concerning than if you’re spraying 100 gallons of it.
