If you are in construction the Procore software is amazing.

We're really enjoying Safety Culture and have used it to replace Procore in the construction setting.

I-Auditor is simple and has a community of free templates for anything you'd want that can be uploaded by users or you can make your own. I use it to perform my inspections and distribute them. I-Auditor is more flexible than most platforms and they really back their software. They also have a ton of features.
