Yikes! You'd think after being added to OSHA's severe enforcment program, you'd get your stuff together, but I guess not. I see it listed on OSHA's webpage, but just shows "Open" and no details, so they're probably contesting it still.
Not sure when people are going to learn that when fall protection in the construction industry is the #1 most cited violation by federal OSHA year-after-year, it's going to be low hanging fruit for CSHOs when they arrive on a construction site, especially when there's a NEP out right now.
